prospective localization company

We suggest you ask your prospective localization company some of the following questions before you hire them ;-)

1. Have you ever done work with similar products?

2. How familiar are you with the differences between localising software for Slavic languages as opposed to Germanic languages?

3. How well can you prepare the product for the Slovenian market and its native perspective?

4. Can you provide all the necessary engineering, translation and testing localization work in-house, under one system of project management and quality-assurance (QA)?

5. What is your true capacity when working on lengthy and large projects?

6. Is most of the work done in-house or by outside contractors?

7. How much of the software text or code needs to be altered to accomplish complete localization?

8. What are your QA procedures and testing capabilities?

9. What is your project management system?

10. What communication and reporting process do you employ?

11. How much do your employees receive in-house and external training? If so, please show us their credentials.

12. How do you secure and protect our sensitive information?
